Helm Physical Therapy and Injury Prevention
In January 2019, we opened a clinic in Menlo Park, California and changed our name from Helm Wellness to Helm Physical Therapy and Injury Prevention (Helm PT). Our mission continues, with more access and services, to help you be and feel your best!
We’re deeply aware of how precious your time is. We provide sessions at the place – your home or our clinic – that is most convenient for you. With Helm Physical Therapy and Injury Prevention, nothing comes between you and the quality healthcare you need.
Spend an hour of your valuable time with an experienced, licensed physical therapist instead of grinding away on exercise equipment in a crowded gym or passively receiving hot or cold modalities that will only help you temporarily. Understand and conquer your painful condition by being guided through meaningful activities and targeted exercises that work for you. You’re not charged for doing things on your own in a busy clinic that you could be doing independently, and you’ll save time and money while getting better faster.
